How to add a video to an eBay listing
eBay lets you add one video to each listing: an MP4 file of up to 150 MB, ideally one minute or less. You add it in the Photos & Video section of the listing form, eBay reviews it, and it usually appears within 48 hours. Here are the rules, the steps, and what to do if your video doesn't show up.

Steps: add a video on a computer
- Start a new listing, or open an active listing and choose to revise it.
- In the Photos & Video section, choose Add video.
- Pick the MP4 file from your computer (or drag it onto the page), then save or list.
- Wait for eBay's review. Check the live listing from a device that isn't signed in to your seller account to see what buyers see.
Why an eBay video gets rejected or doesn't show
- Still in review: eBay checks every video. Don't upload it again while it's pending, or you can end up with duplicates.
- The listing has variations: videos aren't supported on multi-variation listings.
- The file is too big or the wrong type: keep it an MP4 under 150 MB.
- Language: the video should be in the language of the eBay site you're listing on.
